OMNIS has just welcomed six new gasoline and diesel car mechanics. They have completed an eight-month training in Automatic diesel injection system at the Institut National de Promotion Formation, a state institute in charge of promotion and vocational training.
This specific training aims at developing employees’ skills. In addition, this competency-based approach is part of the National policy for employment and vocational training (PNEFP).
According to RASOANAIVO Bonaventure, General Manager of OMNIS, “the skills acquired during these trainings ensure the development of the Office and consequently its of the country”. Moreover, “an important part of OMNIS’ budget is allocated to trainings, at both national and international level”, said the General Manager.
INPF was set up in 1974 in order to improve the workers’ skills. To get more qualified employees,OMNIS forecasts to work further with INPF.
The new automotive specialists received their certificates on Monday, June 19, 2017 at the Office Mangasoavina.
