Madagascar engage un assainissement stratégique de son secteur pétrolier amont

À la suite des décisions prises en Conseil des Ministres le 06 janvier 2026, Madagascar ouvre une nouvelle page pour son secteur pétrolier amont. L’assainissement des titres miniers et des contrats arrivés à échéance constitue une avancée majeure, créant un cadre juridique clarifié, sécurisé et pleinement favorable à la relance de l’exploration et de l’exploitation des hydrocarbures. Ces annulations traduisent une volonté forte de l’État de préparer un environnement plus attractif, ouvert à tous les investisseurs sérieux, compétents et engagés dans des partenariats durables.

Pour l’OMNIS, cette dynamique marque un nouveau souffle. Avec le soutien affirmé de l’État, l’OMNIS se positionne comme un acteur central de la promotion des ressources pétrolières de Madagascar et des opportunités d’investissement qui y sont associées. Cette nouvelle phase ouvre la voie à une relance structurée du secteur pétrolier amont, au service de la croissance économique et de la valorisation responsable du potentiel national.
