Nouvel accord entre l’Etat Malagasy et le groupe RIO TINTO

Le groupe RIO TINTO et l’Etat Malagasy représenté par l’OMNIS signent un nouvel accord sur les dispositions fiscales pour Qit Madagascar Minerals (QMM) et une nouvelle collaboration entre les deux parties pour les 25 prochaines années.
Ce nouvel accord insiste d’une part sur les bénéfices reçus par la population malagasy mais également sur la durabilité de la mine d’Ilménite de Fort Dauphin.
